Sean John crowds the top of Unforgivable with eight separate materials, an intensely layered citrus-herbal opening for a fragrance with such a bold, confrontational name. Tangerine, green mandarin, grapefruit, Sicilian lemon, bergamot, birch leaf, basil and juniper crowd the opening into a sharp, layered freshness rarely matched at this scale. Lavender, clary sage and iris carry the core, herbal and powdery, adding structure without losing that citrus-forward energy. Rum, cashmere wood, Australian sandalwood, tonka bean and amber round things out warm and sweet, giving Unforgivable Eau de Toilette a considerably richer finish than its sharp opening suggests. Aromatic woody is the fitting classification, versatile enough for daytime wear while holding up comfortably into evening. It suits dinners, celebrations and date nights about equally well. Fall and winter favor the rum and cashmere close most, though the citrus top keeps it wearable into spring. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original sealed packaging within 30 days of invoice date and you will receive a full refund, less shipping and gift-wrapping charges.
