In the preceding 12 months, we have not sold or shared, as that term is defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act, any Personal Information to non-affiliated third parties without your consent.  We also have no actual knowledge of selling or haring the Personal Information of minors under 16 years of age to non-affiliated third parties without affirmative consent.

Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Information

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, for purposes other than those specified in Section 7027(m) of the California Privacy Rights Act regulations.

FragranceOutlet uses cookies to collect information around abandoned shopping carts. A cart is considered abandoned within one hour of inactivity/lack of purchase. Once the cart is considered abandoned, an SMS message will be sent as a reminder.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you.  Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.  We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. 

To verify your identity, we ask that you provide us with the following information when you submit your request:  (1) first name, (2) last name, and (3) phone number or email.  We will use the above information to verify your identity.  We will require additional information to verify your identity and fulfill your request depending on your type of request or the information requested by you. 

Appeals Process

You may appeal a decision by us to decline to take action regarding your request.  To do so, please send an email message to privacy@fragranceoutlet.com within seven days of receiving notice from us that your request has been declined.  We will respond regarding any additional action taken within the legally appropriate time. 

Financial Incentives and Non-Discrimination

We may offer you financial incentives, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, when you enroll in Dollars & Scents.  Dollars & Scents is a loyalty program in which participants are awarded points for every dollar spent; these points are redeemable against future purchases.  For details of our current Dollars & Scents and its terms, including how to opt-in or opt-out of the program, as well as the benefits of the program, please refer to https://www.fragranceoutlet.com/pages/reward-page.  Participation in our rewards program is optional, and you can opt-out of the program (i.e., terminate participation and forgo the incentives) by following the instructions in the program’s descriptions and terms.  Solely for purposes of complying with the California Consumer Privacy Act, we estimate that the value of a consumer’s data related to Dollars & Scents to be, on average, [$0.26] per program member.  We have calculated the value of a consumer’s data.
