You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original sealed packaging within 30 days of invoice date and you will receive a full refund, less shipping and gift-wrapping charges.
Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened, or on any skincare and haircare items.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error.

Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return guidelines below.
- Obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) by completing our web-form click here
- Return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt. You are welcome to keep your free samples or gifts with purchase – those are yours!
- If you still have it, please include a copy of your packing slip along with your RMA#.

Returns will be processed and refunds will be issued within five business days of receipt.
All products are subject to inspection by Fragrance Outlet staff. Returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without an RMA# may be returned to customer or destroyed upon request.
