Old literary glamour lends this fragrance its name, though nothing about that borrowed glamour prepares you for how fresh and casual the composition actually stays. Lemon, grapefruit and mint open with a sharp, cooling citrus freshness rather than anything opulent or heavy. Apple, lavender, eucalyptus and nutmeg build the core, herbal and slightly spiced, adding complexity without losing that initial freshness. Sandalwood, cedarwood, vetiver, musks and moss round things out dry and woody, giving Gatsby Eau de Toilette a grounded, understated conclusion. Aromatic woody is the fitting classification, versatile enough for daytime office wear while holding up comfortably into casual evening plans. It suits errands, work and low-key outings about equally well, given how balanced the citrus and wood stay against each other. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original sealed packaging within 30 days of invoice date and you will receive a full refund, less shipping and gift-wrapping charges.
