About Lolita Lempicka

Lolita Lempicka is a pseudonym formed by the combination of the names Lolita, of the famous protagonist of the namesake novel written by Vladimir Nabokav, and Lempicka, the surname of the Polish painter Tamara de Limpicka. The name was coined by French fashion designer Josiane Maryse Pivida, who launched the Lolita Lempicka house in the year 1983 as a fashion house selling fairy tale based princess dresses and romantic fashions based in the past. Later on in 1997, Lolita Limpicka introduced its first perfume, Lolita Limpicka for women in a resplendent apple-shaped bottle containing the sweet and soft spicy accords that were a rage during the time it was launched.
